Dr. Brittni Davis
Dr. Brittni Davis joined the Hawthorne team in the fall of 2014. She and her husband have 3 dogs (a Border Collie mix named Macy, a Pitbull mix named Bud, and a Labrador mix named Lexi) and 3 domestic shorthair cats named Will, Zeus, and Athena. Their cat, Will, used to be a blood donor at Mizzou’s vet school. She and her husband also often foster additional mother cats with their kittens. Dr. Brittni graduated summa cum laude from Southeast Missouri State University in 2009, where she met her husband, who was a teammate on the track and cross country teams. Dr. Brittni graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. Her special interests include surgery, dentistry, and emergency medicine. In her free time, she enjoys fishing & running with her husband and visiting family.
Neely joined the Hawthorne staff in 2006 as part of the original Countryside team. She works as a technician at both our Greenville and Vandalia locations. She has a wonderful husband, Kyle and 2 boys, Will and Alex. In her free time, she enjoys bird hunting and competing in hunt tests with my English Pointer.
Caryssa joined the Hawthorne-Countryside staff in 2012. She works as a technician and receptionist at both the Greenville and Vandalia locations. Caryssa graduated from the vet tech institute at Hickey College in 2011. She is soon to be married to her wonderful fiance David. She has a 10 year old boxer named Sheba, a 5 year old lab named Jet, a 2 year old boxer named Laila. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Michelle has worked for Hawthorne since 2005 as a receptionist and enjoys her job and interaction with the people and their pets. She is married to Jim and they share their lives with their dogs. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy spending time in activities with their pets.
Sharon started working at Hawthorne Animal Hospital’s Countryside location in the Fall of 2008. She is married and has 3 sons, Richard, Clay, and Trey. Sharon has 6 dogs (Dandy, Daisy, Dottie, Duke, Sandy and Jasper) and 7 cats (McKitty, Pearl, Cookie, Cougar, Kat, Red Bone, and Spook). She also has 3 horses, Man, Chief, and Josie. Her hobbies include reading, gardening, horseback riding, biking and spending time with her family.
